Courses
Our peer consultation sessions provide a professional and safe environment where real-life challenges, practical questions, and professional experiences are openly discussed. Because all sessions are conducted online, unnecessary travel time is eliminated, allowing participation to fit seamlessly into your working day.
These sessions not only support your professional development but also provide fresh insights and practical solutions you can immediately apply in your daily practice.
The strength of peer consultation lies in learning with and from one another.
By reflecting together on real situations from practice, new perspectives emerge, sharper insights are gained, and practical solutions often become clear. Sometimes the discussion focuses on a short, concrete question from daily work. At other times, the conversation deepens into a meaningful exchange of experiences that leads to new approaches and professional growth.
This process strengthens professional effectiveness and helps you make decisions with greater confidence and awareness.
Sessions take place in small groups of 5 to 8 participants and are guided by an experienced facilitator.
We use proven peer consultation methods that go beyond simply solving an immediate issue. Together, we explore underlying patterns and identify ways to approach similar situations more effectively in the future.
This approach delivers not only direct practical value, but also sustainable professional development.
Each participant has the opportunity to:
✔ Present practical questions and cases
✔ Exchange experiences with colleagues
✔ Reflect together on complex situations
✔ Explore new perspectives and approaches
✔ Take away immediately applicable solutions
All sessions are delivered digitally.
This means:
✔ No travel time
✔ Easy participation from home or workplace
✔ Efficient scheduling alongside professional commitments
✔ Maximum focus on content and interaction
Most groups choose five sessions per year, with each session lasting approximately two hours.
The peer consultation sessions are accredited for 2 credit points per session.
