A unique and ambitious educational program for pharmacy professionals is currently in development: a fully accredited MBA with an official academic degree, specifically designed for the world of pharmacy, healthcare, and leadership.
This MBA combines all essential elements of an international MBA — including strategy, leadership, innovation, finance, change management, and organizational development — with direct application to pharmaceutical practice. Rather than a generic management program, this MBA translates business knowledge and leadership skills specifically to the challenges and opportunities within pharmacies, pharmaceutical organizations, and the broader healthcare sector.
The program has been designed for busy professionals and offers maximum flexibility. Most of the curriculum consists of high-quality digital learning modules, texts, assignments, and practice-oriented applications. This allows participants to start at the moment that best suits their personal and professional schedule and study largely at their own pace.
The program concludes with four intensive residential days focused on leadership, interaction, international perspectives, strategic thinking, and practical case studies.
